Q: Why Wild Moonbeam? What's the connection to the moon?

A: When naming this boutique, I knew I wanted to incorporate the magical, mysterious nature of the moon while keeping it playful and fun. Wild Moonbeam can (and does!) carry any & everything! I didn't want to pigeon-hole the shop into one tiny niche. The moon is a symbol of mystery and plays a crucial role in our lives. Its gravitational pull affects the tides, creating a rhythm that connects us to the vastness of the ocean. It's a reminder that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves, and that's pretty cool. I charge my crystals under a full moon every month and believe in the cosmic influence and peace the moon phases bring to us.

Whether you're a hopeless romantic, a dreamer, or just someone who appreciates the beauty of the night sky, the moon has a way of capturing ones heart and reminding us of the wonders of the universe.

Q: How often does your inventory change?

A: We are constantly adding new pieces to the shop to keep up with the hottest trends. Look for new drops every week!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We are excited to get your order to you! Orders are processed as promptly as possible. Typically, items ship within 5-7 business days (plus 2-3 business days for processing) however this can change in peak times. We do not ship on US holidays. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for delivery is you are outside of the US. Wild Moonbeam is not responsible for natural weather delays on orders as they are out of our control.

Q: My address is incorrect, what should I do?

A: Please contact us immediately via text at 516-655-4563 or e-mail shop@wildmoonbeam.com to correct your address prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Return Policy

  • Eligible items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order must be reported within this time frame.
  • Return shipping fee is $5 and will be deducted from the refund total. Return shipping fee will be waived if the customer chooses to receive a refund in the form of a store credit instead of to the original form of payment.
  • Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition.
  • Returns from two separate orders may not be combined into a single package.

Q: How long do I have to send an item back?

A: We understand that online shopping can be hard so we will allow you to return an unworn/unwashed item within 30 days of receiving the item.

Q: Do you offer price adjustments?

A: Due to our stock changing daily, we are unable to offer any sort of price adjustment if an item goes on sale after you have purchased it.

Q: Will my order arrive in one package?

A: It depends. Our products are stored in various warehouses plus many of our items are made-to-order and take a bit longer to process (mainly mugs, phone cases & graphic tees). Items may arrive in different packages but you will get shipping confirmations each time a package is sent out.
